Jardin Majorelle Tickets: Prices, Hours and Tips

Travel guidePublished Last checked 5 min read

Jardin Majorelle is one of the best known visits in Marrakech, and its tickets are sold through one official site. This guide gives the prices and hours from that site, plus the weather figures and the other official ticket prices in the city. For budgets see the Morocco travel cost guide.

Sources checked 2026-10-23: the official Jardin Majorelle site and its ticket site, tickets.jardinmajorelle.com, which describes itself as the only official place to buy tickets. We walked through the checkout as far as the price display and stopped before entering personal data or paying. Prices and hours can change, so check the ticket site before you pay.

What you can visit

The ticket site sells entry to three places:

Cobalt blue walls and pots among cactus and palms in a Marrakech garden
  • Jardin Majorelle, the garden.
  • Musée Pierre Bergé des arts berbères, the Berber arts museum.
  • Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech.

You can buy each one alone or in a combination, so decide how much time you have before you choose a ticket.

Ticket prices

Prices in dirhams (MAD) for a foreign adult, with the student or child (10 and over) rate in the last column:

TicketForeign adultStudent or child, 10+
Jardin Majorelle only17095
Musée Yves Saint Laurent only14075
Jardin Majorelle + Pierre Bergé Museum230130
All three sites (combined ticket)330180

For the garden plus the Pierre Bergé Museum, Moroccan citizens and foreign residents in Morocco pay 110 MAD, and students 60 MAD. Children under 10 with an accompanying adult are free on every ticket type, and so are visitors with reduced mobility. We did not check the resident rates for the other tickets. At roughly 11 MAD per EUR (Bank Al-Maghrib, 22 October 2026), the garden alone is about 15.5 EUR.

The combined ticket costs about twice the garden ticket. It makes sense if you want the museums as well as the garden. If you mainly want the planting and the blue walls, the garden ticket is enough.

How to book

The ticket site says tickets are bought online only. Use that site and be careful with resellers, since a ticket from another website may not be the official one. Choose your date and ticket type, and keep the confirmation on your phone. Bring proof if you book a student or resident rate.

When to go

The garden is outdoors, so the weather matters. These are the monthly averages for Marrakech from the WMO World Weather Information Service (1991-2020, data supplied by Morocco’s national weather service):

MonthLow (C)High (C)Rain (mm)

July and August average a high of about 37 C, so in summer the first entry slot of the day is the sensible choice. Spring and autumn are milder. Check a forecast before you go.

Other Marrakech sights with official prices

The Ministry of Culture’s ticket portal lists Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs and El Badi Palace at the same rates: 100 MAD for a foreign adult, 50 MAD for a foreign child aged 7 to 13, 30 MAD for a Moroccan or resident adult and 10 MAD for a Moroccan or resident child. Moroccans enter free on Fridays and on the first days of national and religious holidays. The portal shows a general 9h to 17h visiting time, which it does not tie to each monument, so check on the day.

UNESCO inscribed the Medina of Marrakesh in 1985 (listing 331), and describes the Koutoubiya Mosque, the Kasbah, the Badiâ Palace, the Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Saadian Tombs and Place Jamaâ El Fna among its monuments.
